Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website at www.cheetahtrading.net, operated by Cheetah Trading ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

By accessing or using the Cheetah Trading website (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Cheetah Trading provides software and mobile application development services including, but not limited to, iOS app development, Android app development, cross-platform development, custom software development, UI/UX design and technical consulting. Details of specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements between Cheetah Trading and the client.

The Site and its entire contents — including text, graphics, logos, icons and software — are the property of Cheetah Trading and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Intellectual property arrangements for client projects (including ownership of code, designs and deliverables) are set out in the individual project agreement between Cheetah Trading and the client.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheetah Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or inability to use the Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or AED 500 (whichever is greater).
